Happy Birthday, Sal Gal!
Sally was a beautiful baby. She had the most adorable curls and sweetest smile. She is still beautiful, but now our baby is a young lady. She is kind, (especially to old people like her aunts!), compassionate, loving and smart. We all love her and the little girls think Sally is the best thing since sliced bread!
She is getting ready to graduate from high school (sigh and a tear) and start a brand new chapter in her life. I know God has great plans for her. She is going to USC (woo hoo) to major in nursing. Sally will be a great one. I can't wait to see how God continues to use her in the future.
Sal Gal, we are all so proud of you. We love you more than words can say!
Happy Birthday, sweet girl!

Our litte angels are growing....
AC is the oldest by three weeks. She turned two in November. Some of her favorite things are milk, Mickey Mouse and colored pencils.
EK turned two in December. Some of her favorite things are "prinpess" (princess) things, cheeseburgers and MOLLY! :) She is modeling a "juju make" outfit. This was one of their Christmas presents from me.
MA was ten months on January 9th. Some of her favorite things are music, cruising the furniture and wearing wigs. (you had to be there!)Posted by jkstrib at 3:29 PM 2 comments

Voices
"The voices of the world are loud and sparse, but the voice of God is a constant whisper."
--Benjamin J. Elger
Thank you, Father. In the silence, I hear You speak. In the midst of chaos, Your voice comforts me. Heartache and grief cannot drown out Your ancient words of comfort and peace. In the voice of a cherished friend, I hear Your encouragement. When I lift my eyes to see the stars at night, I hear You say You are mindful of me. In fact, all of creation crys out to let me know You are there. Thank You, Father that there is nothing loud enough to drown out Your sweet voice and there is nothing strong enough to silence it. It is Your voice I cling to these days. It is the constant sound of Your voice which drives me to carry on because I hear Your words of hope and promise for mercy, grace and healing. I long to hear You speak. Father, help my words to be few.
